ACS PRODUCT POLICY

 

ACS since its foundation and development has always prided itself on setting high standards and quality in a range of areas. This varies but is inclusive of specialised advice, mentoring, interview preparation and consulting services in a range of personal, human factors related and professional advice and developmental areas. As such, we would like to uphold these values and standards for all our clients and customers that we are involved with. Subsequently, a number of key areas are detailed below that will help highlight these values.


Professional Standards. ACS provides a high level of professional standards for all our clients. This ranges from face to face contact, electronic contact and support through to written and verbal conferencing and development sessions both locally and globally for all of our clients.


Information For Pilots that is developed and provided by Pilots. As industry professionals who have operated at all levels within the aviation community locally and globally, ACS contractors are industry SME’s that can provide real world theoretical and practical application of concepts discussed and taught throughout your consultation sessions.


Product support. Upon purchasing the services or information materials from ACS this enters an agreement for the costs of these services and materials. These services or products are expected to be utilised within a reasonable time frame. During this time reasonable contact outside of nominated sessions is to be expected as part of the ACS service standard, but not so for over use. 


Furthermore, any product, session, or advice is expected to be fully utilised and completed within a 12 month expiry from the initial purchase of said services or products. 


Any unused portion or part thereof from combined services will not be re-credited or refunded as there have been costs involved in their development and production, let alone a significant knowledge base of this proprietary information.


Session bookings once made can be varied within a reasonable time frame as circumstances permit. Cancellation of booked sessions within 24 hours of the allocated slot time with be deemed as a used session.


The above details are included to make sure that your service and relationship with ACS is understood, clear and transparent to you as a future customer and client of ACS.
